Acute Flaccid Paralysis / Polio Surveillance Report تقرير حول ترصد الشلل الرخو الحاد وشلل الاطفال
Report of “2026-04-07”

In 2026, the number of reported AFP reached 15 patients with acute flaccid paralysis. The non-polio AFP rate reached 3.75 per 100000 under 15 years. Following investigation, 0 wild polio and 1 vaccine derived was detected. The timely notification within 7 days from onset was 86.67%. The timely collection of stool samples within 14 days from onset was 80%. The timely investigation within 48 hours from notification was 86.67%. Among the reported cases, 86.67 % were Lebanese and 13.33 % were Syrian.

خلال عام 2026، تم الابلاغ عن 15 حالة شلل رخو حاد . وبلغت نسبة الكشف عن حالات الشلل الرخو الحاد 3.75 لكل مئة الف طفل دون 15 سنة. بناء لمعطيات التقصي، لم يتم الكشف عن حالات شلل اطفال ( 0 للفيروس البري و 1 للفيروس المتحور من اللقاح). بلغت نسبة الابلاغ ضمن 7 ايام من ظهور العوارض 86.67%. اما نسبة جمع عينات ملائمة ضمن 14 يوم من ظهور العوارض فبلغت 80%. وبلغت نسبة مباشرة التقصي ضمن 48 ساعة من الابلاغ 86.67%. من بين حالات الشلل الرخو الحاد، 86.67 % من الجنسية اللبنانية و 13.33 % من الجنسية السورية.
