Mission
The National Observatory on Drugs and Drug Addiction (NODDA) aims to establish a multidisciplinary network facilitating the accessibility to accurate, up-to-date, comparable and reliable data through competitive methodological approaches to produce evidence for policy-making.
 
Publications
National Report on Drug Situation in Lebanon – 2017

The report focuses on drug prevalence, market, policy, treatment and prevention in Lebanon. The reporting period extends between 2000 and 2016 inclusive. This publication was made possible through the close collaboration of the relevant ministries – Ministry of Public Health (MOPH), Ministry of Education and Higher Education (MEHE), Ministry of Interior and Municipalities (MOIM), Ministry of Justice (MOJ) and Ministry of Social Affairs (MOSA) with the technical support of Association Francophone pour les Maladies Mentales (AFMM), European Monitoring Center for Drugs and Drug Addiction European Neighborhood Policy project (EMCDDA – ENP), United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC), World Health Organization (WHO) and the funding of Pompidou Group.
