رأى وزير الصحة العامة في حكومة تصريف الأعمال الدكتور حمد حسن في حديث لقناة "المنار"، أن "البيان الأخير الصادر عن المصرف المركزي غير متوازن وبمثابة توصيف لتخبط رقمي بحاجة إلى تدقيق، فهو أورد الأرقام كسلة متكاملة في حين أن هذه الأرقام بحاجة إلى تفنيد وتبويب، وهو ما ستقوم به وزارة الصحة العامة". وقال: "إن فاتورة أدوية كورونا وضعت كفرق إضافي على المبالغ المدفوعة للدواء، وكأن الجائحة لم تكن، يجب أن نكون موضوعيين في محاكاة الأزمات وليس هكذا يكافأ المجتمع ووزارة الصحة العامة في ظل الظروف الراهنة"...

أعلن وزير الصحة العامة الدكتور حمد حسن القرار المتعلق بآلية تحديد سقوف أرباح المستلزمات الطبية، الصادر عنه وعن وزير الإقتصاد والتجارة بعد استشارة مجلس شورى الدولة وبالتنسيق مع الصناديق الرسمية الضامنة، وهو قرار غير مسبوق يحدد نسبة الرسوم المتوجبة على سعر الإستيراد للمغروسات الطبية وفق شرائح واضحة، بما يضمن الجودة الفضلى بأسعار عادلة من مصادر مرجعية، ويحدد الحد الأقصى لربح المستورد والمستشفى. وتكمن أهمية القرار في أنه يضع حدا للربح غير المشروع الذي كان يحصل في السابق عبر استغلال وضع تعرفة الضمان عند البيع بغض النظر عن سعر الإستيراد لدى بلد المنشأ، إضافة إلى أن هذا القرار أوقف عملية البيع التي كانت تحصل عبر Proforma (إتفاق خاص بين المستورد والمستشفى يستند غالبًا على تلاعب بالأسعار يتكبده المواطن). وبموجب القرار، ستقوم الجهات الرسمية الضامنة بإعادة تنظيم لوائحها بعد استلام أسعار الإستيراد من وزارة الصحة لحوالى خمسة وثلاثين ألف مغروسة طبية...
