Closure and Delicensing of Two Pharmacies in Bekaa
قرّر وزير الصحة العامة وائل أبو فاعور إقفال واسترداد إجازة فتح واستثمار صيدلية "الحسيني" في بعلبك لصاحبتها الصيدلي القانوني ماريا د. أ، وإقفال واسترداد إجازة فتح واستثمار صيدلية "بعلبك الكبرى" في دورس في بعلبك للصيدلي القانوني علي م. ج.
وذلك بعد ان استثبت لرئيس مصلحة الصيدلة المخالفات لقانون مزاولة مهنة الصيدلة في لبنان، التي اقترفها الصيدليين المذكورين.
وأودعت وزارة الصحة الملف جانب النيابة العامة التمييزية في البقاع للاطلاع ومتابعة التحقيقات للوقوف على المخالفات والمخالفين والمتورطين وبالتالي اتخاذ الاجراءات القانونية المقتضاة.
وذلك بعد ان استثبت لرئيس مصلحة الصيدلة المخالفات لقانون مزاولة مهنة الصيدلة في لبنان، التي اقترفها الصيدليين المذكورين.
