صدر عن وزير الصحة العامة الدكتور حمد حسن تعميم حول شهادة التلقيح الرسمية الخاصة بلقاح Covid-19 للذين يرغبون بالحصول عليها لتسهيل إجراءات السفر أو غيرها من الإجراءات.

ويؤكد التعميم اعتماد الوزارة شهادة التلقيح الإلكترونية التي تحتوي على QR CODE الصادرة عن المنصة الرسمية للتسجيل لأخذ اللقاح (covax.moph.gov.lb)، كشهادة تلقيح رسمية دون الحاجة إلى تصديقها أو توقيعها من قبل أي مرجع مختص في الوزارة وعند الضرورة يمكن الإكتفاء بختم مركز التلقيح.

وتذكر الوزارة بأن الشخص المعني يتلقى رابط شهادة التلقيح من خلال رسالة نصية قصيرة sms بعد تلقيه الجرعة الثانية من اللقاح.
